"I had a horrible experience! This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. From the room to the staff and the food. It was all horrible. I booked my room weeks ahead on hotels.com and when I arrived I was given an ada accessible room so when we entered the room everything was low to the ground and understandable but that was not what I booked especially since my husband is tall it was not ideal for us and I specifically booked the king kitchen suite since we were staying for a week and I knew what the room was supposed to look like because of the photos on their website and this room was not it! I went back to the front desk and she told me they were sold out and I had no choice but to stay in that room. She was extremely rude and refused to switch me even though their website and the hotels.com app said that there were a lot of rooms available so I contacted hotels.com and an agent tried to call them and ask for a room change and she refused then they escalated it and the other agent also got denied so I contacted the GM of Hyatt and she was confused because she can see there were a lot of rooms available and she called them and made them give me another room and they did, but the room they switched me to was extremely dirty and I broke out in a rash all over my face and body. STAY AWAY FRON THIS HOTEL! And the food was disgusting! Also laundry messed up our clothes and they charged me for my SERVICE DOG! That’s not allowed and the GM refunded me. Ridiculous place to stay"

"Something has changed and I will not be coming back. They put me in an ADA room with 2 queens when I had reserve a king suite & no answer to the front desk 2 separate times on the phone; was kept up until 3 am from multiple drunk people slamming doors and having a big party; when attempting to nap the following day housekeeping staff was yelling in a foreign language at the top of their lungs for at least 2 hours outside of my room to where I opened the door and asked them to stop yelling so I could sleep - they stopped 5 minutes and Resumed. Again no answer when calling the front desk. The bath was barely large enough to take a bath. I ordered food at restaurants and was charged for room service each time because I chose to take something to go. On departure the front desk said thank you for staying and never once asked how my stay was. It might as well have been a motel and I’ve never been happier to check out. Never coming back"

"There was a hockey team, cheer or gymnastics team. Kids ran up and down until 1am. The pool was closed Saturday for some chemical filtering. I wanted high floor but was on 6th floor. I was on the side of a highway in which I could hear the cars. Underneath pullout couch was a sick, a cookie and other crumbs. The heating system made noise all night until I got up and turned off and then we were cold. The bartender did not know how to make a good Long Island. I had to pay $30 for 2 nights for parking. The only thing that was good was the breakfast. This was the most horrible experience I ever experienced at a Embassy hotel or any hotel. Staff should hold the customers accountable for their kids. Never again will I go to this hotel again. "

"Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast could be improved by having a section that's a free one of maybe just bagels, muffins, etc. while the more complex items like waffles, eggs, meat, etc. can have a cost. We needed to eat and run but it was too expensive to pay the buffet for something simple. I did like the option of getting snacks and pop. "

"The bathroom was not clean. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom. The towels were thrown on the shelf instead of folded. There was cobwebs in the room by the radiator. There was evidence sustained on the sofa, and the blackout curtains were dry rotted, where there was holes going through and you can see the daylight coming in. All of the all of the lights in the room did not work properly."

"The rooms were spacious and nicely designed. Some of the furniture needs to be replaced due to wear. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly. Need better attention to the water quality of the pool. Overall, a good place to stay for the price."
