「Perfect for family. Has got everything you need from towels, toiletries. Free water jug and dispenser which is very thoughtful. Loved the mini pool. Only issue i had was lack of communication. I didn't know how to get into property when we arrrived at airport as didn't get any email response to my query. 「As soon as we arrived at Club Raro, the staff were all very friendly and approachable. Technically, we were not supposed to be able to book into our room until 2 pm, but seeing as we arrived on the early morning flight and got to Club Raro at about 8.30-9.00 am, we were given a voucher enabling us to have some breakfast and allowed to relax in the resort while waiting for our room to be ready. 「We really loved our stay at Mama Tara’s. Was very clean & had most of what we needed. The only problem we had was poor communication, no directions & found no signage. Some lovely locals helped us immensely as it was late at night when we arrived.. Thank goodness! Would definitely stay again xx」
