「When we arrived at around 1pm, I asked front desk if we can check in earlier, they said no room available at the moment, told me to come back at around 2.30pm, so we came back at 2.30pm, they said they’re still cleaning the room, told us either waiting at the lobby or they contacted us when the room is ready, so we chose wait at the lobby. 「Took the grandchildren 13,7,2 for a stay while we did mystery spot, roaring camp, small hikes, etc. Pool was clean and comfortable. Came back after a long day hiking and beach and asked the front desk for extra shampoo and conditioner. They brought to our room. Only thing that was a bit bothersome was we had a running toilet in our room, otherwise clean , comfy and did the job. Breakfast was reasonable for free. 」
