"My first day was very bad because parking lot was full so I had to park the car in a parking lot a little away from the hotel, it was a very stressful experience but the other days I was able to find a place to park but everyday was over 90% and there was not plenty of spots left and the shower pressure was very weak and kept changing the temperature from hot to warm then cold. I want to give a big shout out to AYE she works on the Starbucks next to the main desk and wow she’s great!! My first day I went to the brick restaurant down the hall and had a Terrible experience next day seen her and asked questions on the hotel menu and she explained everything and food was great!! She works very good and does a lot!! Someone give her a raiseeee!!"

"What i liked: The hotel itself offers a fantastic experience. The service is excellent, and the check-in and check-out processes were completely smooth despite the hotel being crowded. Cleanliness is top-notch, and the food options across the property are amazing. What i didn't like: The water park experience was awful and completely overshadowed our stay. It is heavily overpriced, which clearly inflates the overall room rates. It is marketed for kids, but they refuse to accommodate basic toddler needs. Security confiscated the baby food we brought for our 1 and 3-year-olds, even though no venue inside sells baby-friendly food. The manager, Zeeshan, was incredibly unhelpful and unsupportive, only letting us bring in a tiny fraction of the food. Later, security told us that if we wanted to feed our children the rest of their meal, we had to take them outside to eat in the intense Dubai heat before coming back inside. In 11 years of living in Dubai, I have never experienced such terrible customer service. Avoid if you have young children."
