「首先, 酒店的某個服務人員服務態度不太好, 電話訊講到一半就跑了也不事先打招呼, 換了一個服務人員然後又把所有的問題重複了一遍 !在入住期間本身酒店的周邊本來就什麼都沒有, 跟服務人員要了2個礦泉水態度非常差還要收錢, 住過上海北京寧波的PARK HYATT都沒遇過喝水要收錢的. 森林小屋的房間很簡陋, 換到竹屋感覺好一點了但是廁所的地板特別髒, 地漏堵住, 熱水很難調水還特別小....2000一個晚上感覺不太值得 」

「It is 20 min from Great Wall of China; but around there is no restaurant. We ate restaurant inside hotel, food is good; also breakfast buffet is the best. Staffs are friendly but no English speaking, we used google translator. Great hotel, strongly recommend if you want to go Great Wall of China 」

「Check in was ok although a long line with only 2 ppl in front desk. It was prepaid w/double breakfast but the next day the breakfast site could not find my record so the bill was sent to my room. Later then I received a call from front desk to ask how to pay the room fee etc. I replied it was prepaid and then I sent my receipt to front desk, then front desk said they need to verify with if I need to pay or not with financial dept to check if they receive fund or not. No information was replied...
