「My reservation was changed due to my request for king bed to double first issue when check in. 2nd ac not working took to long to cool rm.3 toilet too low have bad knee so difficult to sit lol.4 Tub very slippery due to product available for shower gel. No anti slip strips. Parking garage minimum lighting and parking stalls strips not visible.First and last time to stay there.」

「The place has potential, but they are remodeling and really they should close down, remodel, then reopen. We had 2 rooms, 1 room the TV didn't work but they immediately brought in a brand new, in the box, TV. The Dish network they have has a terrible picture in all the rooms. 1 shower was upgraded pretty nice, the other didn't have hot water. The plug at the bathroom counter didn't work, neither did the hair dryer, and the fridge door was all rusted. BUT, the pool area is cool, and you can...

「The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame. There was no comfortable seating. The bed was old very soft. We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed. The floors were in terrible condition. The patio door was difficult to open because it was so rusty 」

「Our first night there the A/C wasn't working. They fixed the unit but I wasn't approved for a discount on that initial first night. The staff was phenomenal on making the stay comfortable after that. Everything was clean and well attained. They even had a list for attractions.」

「There was limited to no maintenance done. They claim to have complimentary breakfast but there was barely any food provided and when it finished it was not replenished. The I booked was advertised as having a mini fridge and microwave, but what we got was a mini-mini fridge (tiny) and no microwave. They could not even provide an ice bucket to get ice. An finally, when checking out the manager refused to provide a receipt (either by email or printed copy). By far one of my worst stays at a hotel.」

I had to call the front desk to request them, and I had to make the bed myself. The same happened with the towels, as there were only two provided.
