「Great experience ! Just a 5 min walk away from the beach . It’s not super fancy, but it is very affordable and it gets the job done ! If you’re looking for a cheap hotel that is close to North Beach and isn’t completely dirty and trash. This is a good option because it’s lower in price and they have decent rooms. 「The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame. There was no comfortable seating. The bed was old very soft. We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed. The floors were in terrible condition. The patio door was difficult to open because it was so rusty 」

「Clean and quiet. Only negatives were other people's very small children playing on gym equipment without supervision, and the breakfasts were not prepared for the amount of guests I suppose. Items ran out quickly. Staff did their best to accommodate, by putting out extra fruits and cereals. Rooms were clean and wonderfully cold. Clean and check in was swift. 」
