"My room had an odor coming from the bathroom. The hallway carpet is very stained. My room was very nice but the drawer from underneath the refrigerator is oxidized. The staff amazing especially The restaurant breakfast staff, two pool young men who waited on us! The front desk, we love Jafar! We were a group of 7."

"Room 441: the left side Queen bed night light switch need repair. The headboard has to be wiped and the storage area. The night stand drawer needs adjusting. Kimberly is excellent! Concierge ( the tall gentleman ) was very polite and helpful. Nitri was very helpful! Great desk staff!"

"Not worth the price. Pictures are deceiving. Property looks MUCH bigger in photos than what it actually is. Rooms are outdated and smell like an old casino hotel. Locals are able to access the same beach as hotel stayers. Again, not worth the price. It is a lot smaller outside (pool area) then what is portrayed in picture. "
