"Good location. Staff was friendly, breakfast spread was good. Just wanted to highlight that the upper seatings with high chairs is not suitable for elderly or customers with disability. Staff must be more alert when assigning those seats to these family ."

"Best hotel we've stayed during our two week stay in Malaysia. Breakfast was excellent with varieties and freshness. Rooms are clean and water pressure for shower is great. AC is just right, not too cold. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bed is so comforting!!! Soft pillows and bed! Location is super convenient. Easily accessible to the MRT, LRT and KLIA trains."

"Best airport hotel ever. Location is of course super convenient, but it was also amazingly quiet and peaceful. We originally booked the hotel at the beginning of the trip because our first flight got in so late. We liked it so much that we adjusted our hotel reservations at the end of the trip to stay in sama sama again. We got an upgrade to Premier room where the curated food options were delish. "Great convenient airport stopover hotel. I stayed here for a short stopover near Kuala Lumpur Airport and it was exactly what I needed — cheap, cheerful and very convenient. The shuttle coach was extremely useful but not straight forward to find. Here’s a helping hand - If arriving into Terminal 1, it’s located on Floor 2. The shuttle is a white coach used specifically for this hotel, with the hotel destination clearly written on the door. I also booked the free shuttle back to the airport the following morning and the whole process worked seamlessly. The staff were also really friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even easier after a long journey. The room itself exceeded my expectations for the price, particularly with the additional amenities provided such as a shower cap, toothbrush and amenity kit. Small touches, but appreciated after a long flight. The huge swimming pool was also a great way to relax between flights and made the stay feel far more enjoyable than just a basic airport hotel. The food was fairly mediocre, however I was staying primarily for the convenience and comfort of an overnight stopover, which it delivered very well."

"Great central location. Friendly and professional staff. Nice rooms and the shower pressure was amazing. Really nice gym, with a lot of equipment and a relaxing pool area. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the meals I had at the JP Teres restaurant were excellent. I would for sure stay here again, and I highly recommend. "
