"住宿空間不錯，也有電視可看，洗手間及浴室有開窗，房間也可看到城市景觀！服務人員有禮貌，飯店有電梯很方便！ 電梯灰塵有點多，沖澡時水柱很強也很舒服，但是剛我那間水退得有點慢，導致洗完澡後有點淹水！ 搭大眾運輸過去的話，還真的不太方便，比較推薦搭grab！"

"Receptionist lacking knowledge in handling OTA booking reservations. They have difficulties finding my bookings and kept mentioning my reservation was not being found. It took about 30 to 45 minutes to check in a pre-booked guest room. They are also not professional when handling check-in procedures. During check-in time the receptionist was busy with findings charging cables and their phone. Rooms and surroundings can be improved compared to other hotels surrounding this area with similar...

"Very comfortable stay for a family of 2 adults, 2 elderly and a toddler. There is a play area on the fourth floor which was fantastic for the little one. A gym as well for anyone wishing to keep fit whilst staying. Would definitely stay again the next time we are going to Malaysia."
