「Friendly staff very convenient location 」

「Really lovely stay! Clean and peaceful apartment with access to gym, lounge area etc. However, finding the location was difficult and could have been explained better in the check-in email」

「Weekend break in this property. It was very modern. Tastefully decorated and all the things you need for a nice stay. The only issue was noise from other guests coming and going in the early hours but out of the control of the owners 」

「The whole experience was superb from start to finish. Staff so professional and chatty made you feel so welcome. Our room was on the 11 floor good views. Room was very smart and has more than needed, so clean and well equipped, great nights sleep. The roof top bar was brilliant good views staff brilliant, good atmosphere. Our booking included breakfast, good choose and good service from staff. Can leave luggage so could enjoy the following day in Leeds. My only criticism was the 10:00am...

「提早了到酒店(12:00)，問前台可否check in ，前台服務員幫忙問一下，回覆可以，令我們可以早些放下行李箱，輕輕鬆鬆外出逛逛！👍 住了2晚，而美中不足，是第二天不知為何沒有room serving ，幸好房內用品（廁紙）都可以支持多一晚！」

「The property felt as though it was maintained to a good standard and the staff at the wedding party we attended were efficient and absolutely on top of their game. I liked the useable outdoor space which was a bonus on a hot evening. Great venue. The breakfast - we had full English breakfast and it was delicious and of good quality. Just enough and not overfaced. Would I stay there again - absolutely. 」

「limited hotel services, much like basic business hotel, tooo bad that the lift to car park was not in service during my stay, I need to walked through stairs with my working stick (I have some problems with my legs)」
