「我在下午5點多抵達，發現旅館大門深鎖，也沒有check in櫃檯，浪費許多時間打電話到旅館提供的號碼，才發現原來這個旅館是屬於自助式的check in, 要先取得旅館房間號碼及密碼，以及旅館門囗的密碼，才能進到裹面，非常折騰與不便。」

「Really nice front desk staff. The lobby is located on the 2nd floor, not the ground. All mod-cons available and plenty of books to read. The room has a fridge, a TV, a stove, a microwave and is big enough that you can move around. The workspace desk is great, and the round dining table is perfect for 2 to sit comfortably. Would definitely stay again. Great price and located right next door to Newcastle Permanent Head Office. 」

「This is the ultimate self contained apartment literally a stone's throw from the platform at Newcastle Interchange. We only stayed for one night to see a show at Civic Theatre but if we head back for a longer time to explore Newcastle we'll try and stay here! The property, as i mentioned is close to the train station, light rail station, bus Interchange and ferry wharf. Apart from transport the accommodation is close to a major shopping complex (Marketown) as well as numerous restaurants, cafes...

「Not impressed. Wine glasses had wine stains from previous guests upon arrival. Glitch in system meant we didn’t get the room service we ordered because staff already went home for the night. Parking for valet was not clear at all. No pool or spa facility.」
