It was an unpleasant stay, room was stinky and AC made noises throughout the day. On top of that we even spotted a cockroach in the room!! Very disappointing!!

Hotel was in a quiet spot, not too far from town. Room was comfortable enough, but nothing fancy. Was fair for the price, and did the job for what I needed which was a place to stay for one night while on the road for work. Staff were professional and friendly, and check in/check out was very efficient. The hotel is right across the road from the cycleway that follows the river and the beach front - so it's a good spot to stay if you're planning to include some cycling in your trip.

We just needed a bed for the night and it was more than adequate, though perhaps if they had known our ages beforehand we would not have had to go upstairs on an outside staircase in the pouring rain......we were very happy with our stay, suited our purpose, clean, warm and comfortable.

It is an old style Motel. Very dated but served the purpose for one night as we couldn’t get anywhere else. Location is central but also near a busy road. Restaurant was closed and had been for the past 4 months.

very disappointing.

Convenient location, but it can be impossible to turn right out of the street. Room was very smelly and carpet stained. There were noisy neighbours shouting in another room. The front door was hard to open and close. Some lights did not work. Frig freezer was iced up and not cold enough to cool our ice brick. Crack in toilet bowl.

Great Location

Fantastic location and great staff. Easy walk to Batemans Bay shops and waterfront. No need to use car whilst there. Motel itself is quite drab with the whole outside being cement with no greenery at all. Rooms were basic but clean and obviously in need of an update. Plenty of hot water and nice and quiet in a peak period.

Very dirty hotel

The hotel smelt and the carpet was so dirty and black. We would not let the kids in the bathroom from how moldy and gross it smelt and looked. After 1 hour of being there we packed our stuff and left. Cheap accommodation doesn't have to mean smelly and dirty.

Worst place I've stayed in, in along time. Unclean, dirty , stains on carpets and cost a small fortune. Told the reception about my issues answered just got a 'ok' from here.

The motel was fairly dated and could do with some modernization, but was clean, comfortable and within walking distance to local restaurants. Would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.
