「Small room and bathroom with a small shower that does not shield water well. The floor is very watery after the shower. There’s room to improve.」

「The hotel is very close to the bus station and the supermarket. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to Bayonne or Biarritz by bus. The staffs were nice and willing to assist us during our stay. The light in the toilet was not enough but it was not a big problem. It is a budget choice when cheaper rooms in Bayonne and Biarritz are full booking.」

「Great hotel for the price - friendly staff and good location」

「customer service makes all the difference in a time of endless chat bots and apps. The staff were personable and helpful which was so refreshing」

「Bon accueil Personnels à l écoute des clients RAS 」

「Awesome for everything.」

「The hotel is a little far away from where the action in Biarritz happen. If you are a young crowd looking to be close to the beach, bars, clubs, this is a bit of a walk. The room I stayed in had no A/C but the fan did help. I did not pay for the breakfast so I cannot speak to it. The hotel is super new, the design is super cool and the staff was really helpful and polite.」

「The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway. Room is small and bed not too comfortable. Asked for 5am morning call they said ok but ended up no one called. The only thing I like was the dinner at their restaurant which was surprisingly...
