Good hotel for a single person. The room is rather small and the fancy bathroom walls and door provide no privacy. But the hotel is nice, located 10 minutes from the center, and the secure u/g garage is a huge bonus.

No parking available upon arrival. Very bad mobile reception in the building. Door to bathroom didn’t close (kept on falling open) which makes the see through design of it even less private. TV didn’t work at first but was fixed. No Netflix app to link your own netflix to, only TV channels which feels pretty outdated. Sauna: you need to book a timeslot of 15 mins on the form near the reception area.

Il semble que l’hôtel refacture le snacking offert comme un petit déjeuner en profitant d’un mélange des genres organisé. La méthode semble rodée et nous étions plusieurs dans le même cas. Peut être une tentative de rattrapage du prix spécial sur la chambre en sur-facturant d’autres prestations? Et la personne à l’accueil d’une attitude hautaine et d’une mauvaise foi évidente, qui se permet d’utiliser un vocabulaire accusateur et de lever les yeux aux ciels d’un air condescendant, en coupant court à toute tentative d’explications, comme si on était des sous-personnes. Décevant de la part de cet établissement. Il va falloir mieux expliquer aux clients ou faire le job à la base, en indiquant bien où on a le droit de s’assoir et ce que l’on a vraiment le droit de consommer , au lieu de facturer à posteriori, en disant « on vous a vu… » …. Non mais c’est quoi cette façon de faire?
