An amazing stay

A great hotel just outside of the city centre. A massive thank you to the owners who went out of their way to make sure our room was ready on our arrival. The hotel is lovely and clean, rooms are very comfortable. It offered great value for money. Biarritz itself is beautiful also!

Very cosy and tastefull common place , where you have your (great) breakfast and can relax if you want. Nice hosts! Good to walk to the city center and beach. The room was fine and clean. I advize to stay here!

Truly Remarkable

First of all the hosts are incredibly warm. They went way beyond to help with tourism and places to see. The hotel is cute as can be with a fantastic front courtyard. I had room 6 which I understand might be a bigger room. The AC worked great. The windows are well insulated from noise. The shower had fantastic water pressure and overall it was terrific. I should note I travel extensively and usually stay in large higher end chains. This could be my new favorite hotel

Pleasant stay but room is small

It was a bit clumsy to check in-hotel reached out to Expedia to send heads up to us how to self check in bc they leave property at 8pm. Yet Expedia did not call us correctly not using country code 1 for US. But staff was super nice and friendly and accommodating. Room was small, did not have refrigerator nor wine glasses nor wine opener.

We only stayed for 1 night & only booked it the day before travel. The photos do not do the accommodation justice!! it was fantastic..... The hosts are exceptionally helpful and very profesional. The breakfast was excellent. The only issue was the distance on the host website to the centre was much further away than quoted. it is a steady 15 mins there & over 20 return, however the owners did make this clear when we arrived, we managed it easily, but others may not find it as easy if they are expecting a 10 min strole. That said We will definitely stay again if we are in the area or passing through.

1 night is good

The hotel is in a bit of run down condition from bathroom to the AC, with very minimal room setup with no fridge, a bathroom sliding door which cannot lock. A AC unit constantly making clicking noise and unstable temperature. It wont be my next hotel choice.

Es segunda vez que me alojo en este hotel, estoy tremendamente agradecida ya que olvide mi billetera con casi 1000 euros y uno de los dueños que lo encontró, fue personalmente a dejarmelo al aeropuerto, eso no ocurre jamás. Sus dueños se encargan de atender todo. No puedo de agraderles nuevamente. Ademas es muy tranquilo y lanaveta pasa por fuera hacia la playa y es gratis.

Rapport Qualité Prix - EXCELLENT

Globalement, c'est un sejour très agréable, et au calme :-))) le management de l'hotel, sont très accuiellants, gentils, toujours disponible, chambre et salle de douche propre (il y a qqs cheveux dans le drap, mais pas gênant, ils ont changé les draps). J'ai demandé d'eau chaude matin et soir pour boire et pour prendre de medicaments, ils m'ont le donné comme je souhaitais. La navette très utile pour aller à centre-ville, mais s'il y a de souci de circulation, il vaut mieux marcher, ou utiliser le bus #5. Mais si vous voulez le night-life, c'est l'endroit ideal si vous n'avez pas de voiture.

We had a nice stay in the hotel during our few days in Biarritz. The city is reachable in a 15 minute walk, so you can burn some calories from eating good food. The hotel is small and cosy but was overpriced during our stay in the summer period.
