「離火車站很遠，半個小時的路程。附近什麼商店也沒有，像在孤島一樣。幸好有酒店的接駁小巴，但班次不多。」

「The Front desk staff were awesome. Upgraded to a suite. The power shower is definitely a plus. On the downside was the noise on our last night ( party goers and perhaps garbage truck collection?????) it was impossible to sleep.」

「Hotel staff is very nice, mindful and quick response! I asked for a pot of hot water, they can send it over within 15 mins. Breakfast is very delicious (plata of ham, bread, yogurt) and of course the hotel view is awesome. However, you can think about other restaurants for dinner.」

「There are a lot of stairs to go up, the elevator is a single one from I think 1930 and I wouldn't trust it. No garbage pail in the room. It was difficult to find, through a big wooden door with no sign from the street. However, with this being said, I would still recommend it. It was very clean, free mini bar restocked everyday, right beside metro and train station and the people were great, very helpful. if you can overcome the stairs I would highly recommend it.」

「I stay with short but lovely.. Angela the reception manager checked us in and she was amazing. There was a taxi strike in the morning so the hotel arranged a private car for us and we were before the breakfast hours so Angel also arranged box breakfasts for us which were fantastic. Room was large and beautiful loved the two full-sized beds put together. 」

「A special property in an old palazzo that retains its character with updated decor. Wonderful breakfast in an amazing ballroom!」

「住宿位置和照片完全不一樣，他帶我們經過巷子後方約4分鐘路程，沒有電梯，行李必須用扛的，，房間破舊，沒有吹風機，乾濕分離沒有門片，架子也壞了，床墊難睡，早餐難吃，咖啡和牛奶都加水稀釋，牛奶是透明色……」
