「The stay was great. Hotel is brand new in feeling, staff are super friendly. No complaints. If I did have a complaint it was that the WC seat was loose but it didn’t make the stay less good for us. Breakfast was also good. Combo Buffet of cold and warm items so plenty of choices for everyone.」

「The best experience in this year! We had two chihuahuas with us, They prepared a comfortable bed and dog bowl for my dogs, comfortable also for dogs, quiet area, easy to walk dogs during the night, safely, you can’t find somewhere better than smart hotel Napoli! 」

「Hotel staff is very nice, mindful and quick response! I asked for a pot of hot water, they can send it over within 15 mins. Breakfast is very delicious (plata of ham, bread, yogurt) and of course the hotel view is awesome. However, you can think about other restaurants for dinner.」

「I stay with short but lovely.. Angela the reception manager checked us in and she was amazing. There was a taxi strike in the morning so the hotel arranged a private car for us and we were before the breakfast hours so Angel also arranged box breakfasts for us which were fantastic. Room was large and beautiful loved the two full-sized beds put together. 」

We arrived in the evening and we were a bit taken aback at first by the unassuming entrance to the hotel but very pleased once we entered into the main body of the hotel. The foyer is small and plain but the main hotel corridors and rooms are much more decorative which befits a 4 star hotel. Check in was quick and easy. The room itself was a bit dark but that is mainly due to the tall building opposite blocking...
