「The oven refuses to turn on. Despite looking up instructions online and sending messages to the landlord, no replies. The dryer does not work. I washed clothes on my last night and was forced to fly home with a suitcase full of wet clothes.」

「The apartment is in a great location and it was clean when we got it. The lift was working on and off and we had to use the stairs to go up and down to and from the 4th floor many times. The kitchen was not very well furnished and we only had 2 glasses and 1 fork while having many spoons and knives. Overall a good option when visiting London because of the area and proximity to DLR and Underground train. No AC (as we expected).」

「The property is clean and obviously fairly new. That being said, the area is fairly run down and it’s on a very noisy main road. The blinds in the bedroom were insufficient regards managing daylight levels and so the room was very bright, very early. Curtains over the blinds would be ideal. And whilst it has TV it doesn’t have any terrestrial channels but rather just streaming services (so I had to do a Prime video/itv x free trial just to watch the World Cup football). Really nice property,...

「Only challenge was lack of hanging space in the single bedroom. The tv in the double bedroom takes up a lot of floor space unnecessarily 」

「Nice apartment. Bit far from city centre. Not much to do in neighbourhood. Beds were basic. Bit small for long people. TV only fit for streaming from the mobile phone. No dishwasher. Good enough for short stay in the city. 」

「This property is in a great location, close to the tube and easily walkable to the Olympic park and London stadium (we came to see the baseball at the stadium!) The main room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfy and had all the basics we needed, no tea/coffee provided but there was a supermarket over the road and coffee shops and cafe’s close by. It was perfect for our weekend trip and we enjoyed our stay. 」
