「The pictures did not represent the hotel accurately. In the pictures the hotel looked bright and clean but the hallways were dirty with huge stains on the carpets. When we arrived to check in the staff did not even acknowledge us at first and just handed us our key card without any information of the location of our room, etc. The room was decent but we were only given one bath towel and no other hand towels. The place is clearly under construction. We chose to deal with all of it but what...
