「The resort is beautiful. The beach and water are beautiful too. Great service, beautiful view from my room. Highly recommended. Cons? It’s Cartagena, it means happiness, music, warmth people, smiles. I know it’s a French hotel, but hello, the hotel is in Colombia. Tourists want to feel their culture. Employees are too serious and saying madame all the time sounds ridiculous. Not their fault, obviously it’s what they need to do. 「Wir haben den Aufenthalt als sehr schön, ruhig und erholsam empfunden. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser checkin wurde von einem männlichen Mitarbeiter erledigt. Außerdem war der nette Mitarbeiter unser Barkeeper, Kellner zimmerservice, Gärtner und alles was es sonst noch an Hotelpersonal gibt. Wir waren mitunter die einzigen Gäste, was uns auch zu gute kam. Ist auch mal schön verwöhnt zu werden. Können wir nur empfehlen, wenn Kolumbien nicht so weit wäre, könnten wir uns...
