「Was a nice and easy check in, very nice place and spacious enough, had everything we’d need.. only problem was the lack of cleanliness. Cob webs everywhere, dust and debris on the chairs and in creases of the bedroom suede walls, spiders in corners and cutlery provided has old food hardened within the cuts of the forks as it hasn’t been cleaned properly and left. Toilet also splashes water all over the seat when flushing causing the lid to be splattered with toilet water after every flush.」

「Nice apartment (Big), perfect location. Clean and tidy Parking is confusing as theres a space for no.2 but we're told have to move by 9:30?」

「Fire alarm went off, couldn’t get in contact with the host at all so the firemen had to override the system. without that the alarm would have went off all night. no checkout information was given, so wasn’t sure what to do at all. told to contact a number rather than on the booking site and never heard back. better places in Lancaster to stay.」

「As a female solo traveler, I had a wonderful and highly comfortable stay at Empress Select Apartments. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and Tim was exceptionally helpful, kind, and genuinely welcoming, which immediately made me feel safe and at ease. The location is convenient and accessible for everyone. Whether you have a car, ride a scooter, or are traveling with an elderly parent, everything you need is within easy reach. The tram system is excellent for getting around. A huge...

「The manager/owner was very nice and introduced him self. The apartment was modern and homely, however after an hour of being at the property I noticed my feet were filthy dirty, when the manager knocked I did ask for a mop he said it would be an extra charge to give it a clean, after receiving the mop i went to use to to realise it was already filthy dirty and unable to use. I had to send my husband the shop to get a mop and bucket so i could clean it. We also had to buy bedding due to there...

「Staff are really nice, always on hand to help. If you want a comfortable home from home stay i reccomend the sandpiper. Absoloutley brilliant value for money. The apartment has got everything you need from casserole dishes to washing up liquid honestly I was really surprised at how much is available and how home from home these are. My daughter felt safer than staying in a hotel which we book, I will definitely be returning at some point because it was a lovely calming experience and felt great...

「Quaysiders resort is an apartment/hotel right by the upper side of Lake Windermere in Ambleside. It is in an absolutely perfect location close to the lake, shops, restaurants. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen that had all kitchen amenities. Our Apartment was very clean and spacious . There is an indoor pool that was warm and it can also be like a Jacuzzi. There is also a Sauna. The resort also has a laundry room and dryer so I was able to do my laundry while on our stay. The...

「An excellent place to stay as I needed somewhere with the comforts of home to use as an office for a few days working away. Everything was there that I needed to cook, eat, shower and sleep while it was just a short walk to the tram stop for transport up and down the coast. Also in a quiet part of town but close enough to get to the noisier parts if you wanted - just a 20 minute walk to Blackpool North station so ideally placed for me.」

「There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and parking was a nightmare; other cars were in the spot that were suppose to be designated for the listing. We had to pay to park over night. Pill out bed is not very comfortable. The host had great communication when we had trouble with accessing the check in instructions. Overall, wish the dishes in the dishwasher had been dealt with correctly as we planned on eating breakfast there in the morning before leaving but had no clean cutlery!」

「Excellent accommodation in a lovey area . 」

「Second time for us at Shores. The location is spot on for exploring Blackpool or attending Lytham festival by bus/flyer. Our apartment, Bamburgh is at the very top, sleeps 4(2 on a sofa bed). Plenty of room, adequate kitchen and bathroom, both nicely appointed. A good hot shower. Parking is available very near by at a cost. Velvet Coaster wetherspoons nearby if cooking isnt your thing. We would stay again and recommend.」

「Small rooms」

「Was a little smaller than expected but still good for my stay of 7 nights. Check-in information wasn't supplied until the afternoon of check-in which was a little concern but was fine in the end. Near the promenade / beach and shops. Easy walking to promenade / beach / shops / piers etc. A pretty good stay.」

「 Close to attractions. - Heating remotely controlled by owner. - No dining table for family of 4. - Blinds broken/remote control broken/a previous residents food still in the freezer. - apartments look bigger online - size sq. m. needs advertising. - The walk-in shower needs to be changed to a enclosed cubical - bad shower room design - leakage will only cause future problems. Handy to get 1 of the 2 parking places on the property. 」

「Apartment in good condition and clean. A strong egg smell from the bathroom drains in the morning both days.」
