Comfortable Holiday

Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable. Although my friend did have an accident due to no slip mat in the bathroom she fell and bruised her arm in the bath. Absolutely loved the homely touches and the fact we had tea and coffee. We got the better choice of apartment 2. The hallway smelt very damp but didn't affect our stay. Thank you for the fan also my friend was so grateful. Internet was not great. Only some of us could use it. the area itself the signal was poor. We enjoyed ourselfs so definitely would come back.

What a beautiful apartment

This property was easy to book, checking in was simple and we recieved all the details for check in prior to arriving. What a beautiful ground floor apartment, the whole place is lovely but I really liked the living room, kitchen and bathroom. All the little added touches made it feel more homely! We came by train and it was less than 10 minutes walk, everything else you need in walking distance too shops, tram stop, promenade, takeaways. There was tea coffee and sugar, cleaning products, shower stuff, toilet roll already there. Another thing that I really liked was the fact I could sit and have my morning cuppa with a sea view! By far the best place I have stayed and I would definitely come again. There was some noise that kept one of us awake early hours, but that's expected anywhere you stay especially on a weekend. We really enjoyed our staying here and would definitely recommend. Thankyou!

Great place to stay with family

There are some poor reviews for this property, but it really was absolutely fine. We went as 2 families to see the lights and the apartment was plenty big enough with everything you needed. There are some tiny things that need a bit of updating, none of which effected our stay. We all emjoyed it and accommodation and location were great. Dont be put off by the odd review.

Excellent property nice bathroom kitchen and the bedrooms were all good size only thing I would say is the living plaster coming off wall and could do with a fresh coat of paint but apart from that it was excellent property would definitely book again thanks for the stay

Dysa Banks contacted us 24 hours before arrival requesting a £100 bond for damages or they would not issue codes to gain entry to the property even after the property was paid for in full 5 months earlier. On arrival there was several issues with damage to the property which was reported on arrival .

Great place could do with minor improvements

Great little second floor apartment with lovely kitchen dinner. Room layout of apartment 2 was Bedroom 1 (1double, 1 single), bedroom 2 (1 double, 1 single), kitchen dinner (1 double sofa bed). Toilet x1 and bathroom x 1 are separate rooms which is ideal if someone wants a bath. The shower is a over bath shower. The owners left us a fresh bottle of milk, cereal, bread and shampoo. Everything was brilliant only issues we had were: -Didn’t receive a welcome email for lock box access however a quick hassle free call corrected this. -Mattresses were hard but can’t complain bc that’s personal preference. -The bedrooms could do with blackout blinds. -A few more towels would’ve been nice and a kitchen towel for dishes
