"Parking is awful in Old San Juan and this hotel does nothing to help. There is no place to unload luggage, except by blocking traffic. There is no help from anyone to help with luggage. "Clean room with LOTS of amenities. The room was compact but it worked great for two staying just a couple days. Had parking on site. It was our last stay in PR before returning home. I'd stay here again. Many thanks to the PuertoRican people, you are wonderful!"
