「We had an amazing time at Hotel Best Costa Ballena! The food was excellent – varied, fresh, and always delicious. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean and very well maintained; you can tell that cleanliness and comfort are top priorities here.
The pool area is fantastic – spacious, inviting, and perfect for families or simply relaxing. We also loved the proximity to the ocean: just a short walk and you’re at a beautiful, wide sandy beach with crystal-clear water.

「Wir haben ein paar sehr schöne Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht. Wir waren in dem separaten Apartmenthaus untergebracht. Zu viert wunderbar. 2 separate Zimmer mit kleiner Küchenzeile und Ankleide sowie sehr schönem geräumigen Badezimmer.
Die Pools waren super auch der Kinderpool sehr schön nur leider nicht beheizt. Es gab aber auch einen beheizten Indoorpool.

「Mi reserva era habitación para tres adultos y nos asignaron una villa. Desconforme aire acondicionado del dormitorio muy viejo, no echaba calor ninguno a pesar de estar 30° y mucho ruido. Y no había ninguna manta adicional.
En el baño no tiene turbina, hace
bastante frio y en la bañera el flexo en malas condiciones y muy poca cantidad de agua y salía hirbiendo o fría.
En la cocina, el microndas no daba vuelta por no tener el plato giratorio original.
