Beautiful hotel in a perfect location for sightseeing and the beach (just over a km away). Comfortable beds. Lovely room. Nice decor and great service. Pool roof was much appreciated!

A lovely hotel for a short stay. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The rooftop pool, however, was quite small and still under construction, with only a few sunbeds available. The highlight of our stay was the outstanding customer service. My partner had a final-stage interview scheduled at the last minute for a well-known American company, and the staff (including the hotel director) went above and beyond by vacating a meeting room and adjusting their schedule to allow him to attend the interview. This thoughtful gesture truly exceeded our expectations, and we remain extremely grateful, especially as my partner got the job.

Location was perfect for me, just at the edge of the old town and nearby a parking garage. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are not so big and the beds are also not so comfortable. Breakfast was nice and plentiful.

Very nice hotel with a beautiful design. The room we have chosen was a bit small but clean and all-equipped. Excellent location in the city center. I can only recommend to those who look for a place with a lot of cham.

Weekend break

Very good hotel and location was great right in the middle of town with parking close by. Only down side was the rooms were quite warm and the air con was not on, never been to a hotel who wont turn the air con especially when its 20 degrees outside! Everything else was fantastic!

Very nice staff and great location, but I was on the ground floor and it was very noisy. You could hear every conversation in reception, other rooms flushed toilets and the flush was in the wall. Difficult to sleep past 7am. But the staff were very friendly.

Great value, great hotel.

The location is perfect for discovering the Old Town. The service is personal and relaxed and the room (207) was amazing. The rooms arent so sound proof though and the floor hall's sensitive lighting need sorting. But dont let that put you off. Amazing, highly recommeded

Nice but

The hotel is nicely remodeled, although a bit hipster bland. The rooms are small with no view. However the shower and bed were both very nice. There was exactly one normal and one decaf coffee, which was odd since we both drink normal coffee. Good location if without a car.

Very good location with convenient parking and easy walk to everything on the island and transportation to everywhere else. Large room and comfortable. We have stayed at 2 Soho Boutique Hotels (Cadiz & Caceres) and I think the chain has a style. They do a nice, but not too fancy, rehab of a historic building in a good location. The rooms are big, comfy and with all the necessities. The result is a well priced hotel that works fine. Not the best or most beautiful, but quite good.

The hotel is in a good location for walking around Cádiz. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. I could figure out the air conditioning system but did not ask. We were upgraded and had a private patio there was able to leave our door open. The weather was lovely to sit outside.

All very nice but odor in bathroom from sewer line was a bit much. It’s most likely a city-wide problem and not the hotel’s fault. Staff were all polite and helpful , rooms are well appointed, great location for exploring the town.

Perfect location right off a main square. The bed and shower were the best of my trip. I was accidentally charged twice, but staff worked to correct it. Decor of room charming and cozy . Be mindful walls are very thin. I could hear people snoring and going to the bathroom. I would definitely stay again in Cádiz!

We used this hotel for a one night stop in Cadiz on our way back home, having never visited the city before. We were greeted by José who couldn’t not have been more helpful or friendly. We were given an upgrade to our room and José gave us a map with the spots to see and made us a reservation for a great evening meal. The room was beautiful and we loved the stone arches. It is perfectly situated in the old town and there is a car park 2 minutes from the hotel. Would highly recommend!
