「It is an amazing and beautiful hotel. We met the most nice staff there. Every staff we met and chatted are very kind and helpful. The services we received from the chief concierge Mr. Mimouni Youssef and Mr. Ankit from laundry depot are very impressed. They are knowledgeable and professional. 「L'hôtel est extrêmement bien situé à proximité de grands Mall accessibles à pied, et à quelques minutes en taxi des principaux sites : Grande Mosquée, Royal Opéra et Musée des Arts, Musée d'histoire naturelle et à 20mn environ de la capitale Mascate. Tous les autres sites à visiter sont à environ entre 1h et 2h maximum de voiture. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et les soirées sur le rooftop très sympa. Situé à proximité des grandes voies de circulation, mais très calme, l'hôtel est idéal...

「This is one of the best place in Muscat. I stayed here few times during family visit to Muscat. The location is convenient, stuffs are amazing. Specially I should mentioned the house keeping stuff been great and also there is stuff name “Shiva” who helped me with baby cribs and other request. I stayed here multiple times already and I will again choose this one when I revisit Muscat 」

「Staff were amazing, hotel facilities also very good. Limited food options and very pricey. Secluded area, very quiet and resort feels very safe. Room facilities a little outdated but all in all a fantastic experience. Breakfast buffet 5 star. 」

「Ondanks er werken waren in het hotel, hebben wij hier weinig van gemerkt. Er was geen geluidsoverlast. Het zwembad was buiten gebruik, maar het hotel had voorzien dat zijn cliënteel kon zwemmen in een naburig hotel (Radisson blu). Voor de rest was de service prima. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Voor lekker eten en drinken kan je terecht bij cafe Mocha en restaurant Tuscany. 」

「I find the hotel from the map of hotel.com. But after I took a taxi, i just found out the location on the map is not the same as in Google map. I should stay near to qaboos mosque and the feature of this hotel is that I could walk to the mosque in 5minutes. But actually it is totally another story and now no one is solving try problem and admit it is whose fault. Once there is someone hold responsibility I will change my comment」
