「The cottage was lovely, clean and spacious, well equipped. Beautiful location with great views, quiet and seems remote but convenient short drive to shops.」

「Nice bed and good shower, staff were lovely. Room very compact, noise from outside and the kitchen in the mornings.」

「Carol runs a beautiful place and always makes us.welcome」

「quite and peaceful 」

The location is very good—it’s not far from the city centre and also not far from the train station, which was very convenient. The first room we were given had a double bed, which was fine as I was staying with my daughter. However, the shared shower was not working properly and there was no hot water. 「The room was clean and comfortable. Yea and coffee provided. Plenty of space to get ready. Bed was comfortable. We had been out drinking and was a late night the morning after I asked if we could extend our check out time the request was accepted at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.」

「Ideal location with free parking. Room only- no food or drink offering but ideal if you just need a base. Plenty of places close by for food and drink. Tea and Coffee making facilities in the room with biscuits. Clean and comfortable overlooking the cricket pitch.」

「Confusing to check in. It should be pointed out that check in is at the cafe next door. Otherwise all ok for an overnight stay.」

「Friendly staff, room in need of some decoration, no shampoo, noisy area until 4am」

「Adequate room very clean but no breakfast.」
