When I called the provided number, I was instructed to open a locked room that was already occupied by another guest, which was quite concerning. There were also no clear instructions provided for the check-out process. Since my stay, I have been receiving emails stating that payment has not been made. 「We have our family trip in TAS for five days and we chose this hotel as out two day accomodation, a great place with free car park in front of the building, comfortable bed and shower, its away from the city but we find some good park for leisure, we drive to ferry pier in a few minutes. It is a valuable choice for the family to visit Hobart.」

「整座酒店就是當地舊式大宅，保養得宜。我們住沒有浴廁的雙床房，需要上兩層樓梯沐浴如廁，但整體很清潔舒適，環境氛圍富藝術氣息。廚房提供水果、面包、即食麵及飲品等，住客可以隨時享用。位置距離市中心及碼頭大概15-20分鐘步程，十分方便。但一般店鋪下午五時便關門，超市食肆會晚一些，但個別會不同。」
