"A nice and cosy 14 century accommodation. Arrived and asked if we could book a table at the pub for the evening meal , no problem at all.was the reply . The staff nice and friendly and the food was excellent. If you go in the summer months a nice area for children to play in the garden. Out in the sticks but a lovely location."

"Difficult to get in. Outdated instructions. Staff appeared confused. 25 mins from arrival to getting to check in! Room was somewhat comfortable. "

"Be aware when checking in to this property that you must travel to another area to collect the keys (Welwyn Garden City )which is not ideal as we had no transport the keys must then be returned to this place ( 7 min drive ) at best all I can say is the apartment was grubby and tired at worst it was dirty broken lamp shade, dammaged chairs and table, stained bed linen, dirty bath mat the list goes on. Its a shame as the apartment was idealy located near the shops and town centre but wont be staying again. "
