Wonderful Italy destroyed a perfect stay in a nice and clean apartment. Wonderful Italy seems to be a company that takes care of too many apartment all over Italy and only for the profit not the service. We stayed 3 days here and 2 days was without heating. Only 1 set of keys was available, giving us absolutely no flexibility to splitup during our stay. There was a lack of kitchen tools or they were broken. This is a classic example of how a perfectly good idea of renting out your apartment, when you are not using it, has turned into big business for a few companies and they don't care about the guests. Never again Wonderful Italy.
