「Very warm welcome. Staff are friendly. Excellent location. Just one thing which requires a bit of improvement: I asked if there is an additional chair as the sink is too high for my kids, the staff did not get back to me.」

「The staff was truly excellent in all regards.」

「Very convenient location, great all around, rooms are fantastic, staff is always very pleasant and accommodating」

「Good location for family」

「My family of 3 loves this hotel. The triple room is a good size for 3 people. The walk-in/roll-in shower is good. It was quite noisy throughout Friday and Saturday nights though as our room was exterior-facing. There’s a supermarket just across the street and there are many good restaurants near the hotel around Gothic Quarter.」

「Check in is a bit weird since you have to go to another hotel, but the staff were super helpful and walked us right over to the building and helped carry our bags. Location is super central but also doesn't feel the safest since its in a bit of an alleyway, however we had no problems.」

「Buena ubicación」

「This is a very decent hotel. Great location. A few steps from the bus station thanks to the fantastic traffic planning for the city. Excellent choices of pillows. The staff are warm and friendly. Apart from the little accident that happened at the first night(the hotel didn't give me the port view room that I booked because of the booking system problem, so make sure you double confirm the room type with the hotel via message before you arrive. Although they tried to fix it once they found out...

「Everything was amazing!」

「Very friendly staff. Highly recommended. Parking is not user friendly, but very good if you don’t drive in BCN. 」

「Mostly are good, though small room without kettle for boiling water.」

「This place is absolutely amazing—beautifully located, spotlessly clean, and elegant. It exceeded my expectations in every way!」
