Fantastic

I was surprised at how large and spacious our room was. The windows were floor to ceiling and the view from the 4th floor was great-- and we had a balcony, as well. Our first day/night there was during the country wide, state of emergency power outage. With a kitchen right there, we were able to heat water for baths. And we had candle light for our supper b/c no electric lights. It was lovely.

Great location away from the crowds.

We loved our stay. There were two bathrooms available and everything provided. The kitchen was well stocked and we shared a fridge with other families. Everyone was kind and courteous and cleaned up after themselves. The key code on the door was tricky at first but we figured it out. Holding the handle up was helpful. The beds were comfortable and everyday we had fresh hand towels and bath mats. The hallways get noisy, so whisper and walk quietly if you can, sound travels in the long hallway. The TV worked great and lots of channels available to watch in various languages. There were plenty of places to eat and easy to get to trains and buses. It was nice to return to a quiet neighborhood after visiting busy and noisy areas.

Do not book here if you want to sleep well & feel safe & comfortable . There is something very strange going on the property management . Firstly ,they advertised on Expedia A/C was included , but on arrival they said no it wasn’t , it was 30 pls degrees outside . I also then asked for a fan as the room felt like a jail cell with 2 windows with bars , no screens , looking at cement wall . They did not respond or honour my requests for A/C or a fan . The towel I was provided ( 1 small one ) was faded not fresh & looked stained . Also 2 pillows were stuffed in one pillow case . Luckily I had a small microfibre towel . I showed them where it said A/C included , but it wasn’t honoured . I sweated all night . I asked for it , they says it was 10 euros , I would have paid to be comfortable but nope I wasn’t given access . The next morning at 10:40 am someone knocked on my door several times to ask if I was checking out . I was trying to dry off after a shower . In addition at 0800 someone was hammering for almost an hour which sounded right on ceiling . Definitely would not go back nor recommend .

Chambre et espaces communs propres et agréables. Personnel sympathique, hébergement plutôt bien situé pour visiter. Le point négatif a été le bruit nuit et jour, pour notre chambre qui était côté rue, à un feu de circulation. De plus le balcon partagé est agréable, mais il faut tomber sur des voisins respectueux, ce qui n'a pas été notre cas la première nuit.
