Daha önceki bansko seyehatlerimizde daha pahalı otellerde kalmıştık,ama Elegan otelin onlardan geri kalır hiç bir yanı yok.Personel oldukça samimi,odalar temiz,konforlu ve sıcak.Sabah kahvaltısı da yeterli ve ürünler kaliteli.SPA sı da oldukça iy,sauna ve jakuzi yi beğendim

Very happy we stayed!

Good solid hotel. Breakfast was a good range. The spa and pool was really great, especially after a day on the slopes. Transfer to and from the gondola was useful, although the location was pretty perfect anyway.

We were booked into the lodge which is on a nice little side road but got "upgraded" to the Lux Elegant. I'd have preferred the Lodge as parking is a little easier and you don't need to walk up the mud road to the hotel after a night out! That said, the Lux is in a good location for the ski gondola. Parking not so good. Parking is a free for all on muddy, wet area. Breakfast was included and was a nice surprise. Good selection of sausages, eggs, bacon and a good spread of cold meats and cheeses. It was a was a surprise because we paid only £33 for a double room for a night including breakfast so I was just expecting a couple of croissants. Well done. Overall a decent hotel and location.

We had a fabulous time in Bansko, and the hotel was perfect, great location, plenty of room, and Sophie the manager was outstanding.

Hotel was fine, quite basic but generally clean. Staff were polite and always keen to help. Spa was great and the 2 hour treatment we had was fantastic. The room was ok but lacked certain items - so although there was a small kitchen area there were no pans to cook with, very limited cutlery, an odd assortment of china and no cups. We had to ask for a kettle but this was provided so I assume if we had needed to we could have asked for other items too. Breakfast buffet was plentiful, and always a selection of items to choose from even if to our tastes there was a slightly unusual mixture of items at times. We were only 10 minutes away from the gondola and there was a free minibus provided to and from the gondola which was great when everyone had skis. Staff were happy to organise a taxi to neighbouring Banya for the thermal spa. For the price we paid this was a good hotel.

Оплатил mountainside. Поселили на 1-м этаже с видом на двор с мусором и слева немного горы. Ресторан при отеле большой, открывается где то в 16:00 ... Но почему то уже все столы в резерве за англичанами были!

Bansko Hotel - nice but could be better

The hotel location is near restaurants and near the Gondola. The room was on the third floor. the hotels old (as i understood - all hotels in center Bansko are old) and not quite maintained - Elevator got stuck, on day one of the tiles in the sauna fell from the ceiling and cut my foot, one day they did not clean the room. In the room the wardrobe back was broken and shelved fell all the time, one day I did not had hot water, I was told this is after 5PM and no one can take care of it - luckily I managed to override the central heating system and operate it myself. In the room we were missing hanging hooks in the shower and in the rooms, as well as the kitchen was missing lots of kitchen tools - e;g. bowls.

Nice place to stay near Gondola ski lift

Very helpful and nice staff. Some English language issues. Hotel is a bit aged but clean rooms and comfortable beds. Free ski bus to/from Gondola is great service.

Ett bra hotell till ett bra pris.

Vad på en veckas skidresa och vistelsen vart helt okej på alla vis. Frukosten kunde ha öppnats lite tidigare med tanke på den långa liftkön som lätt uppstod varje morgon.

Otele vardığımızda kapalı olduğunu gördük. Ancak aradığımızda bizi elegant lux isimli diğer şubelerine yönlendirdiler. Hem hotels.com un hem de hotelin bununla ilgili bilgi vermemiş olması rezillik. Rezervasyon yaptırmayın! Böyle bir hotel mevcut değil!
