"The access is made through a side door entrance. A grey looking corridor leads you to 1st floor flat. Great entrance with comfy corner chair facing a shoe rack. Living room and main bedroom overlook the main square of Aberfeldy. Very pittoresque. Kitchen and Bathroom had showroom effect, clean, functional and practical. "The room was lovely but no cleaner on our second day to empty bins or replenish teas and coffees etc. went out and bought my own. The restaurant staff were brilliant so efficient. The breakfast was good with enough choice for everyone. The only other problem was the room was on top floor which was not easy for my husband at 77 with a heart condition, apart from that we had a good stay "

"Our stay was disappointing from the moment we arrived. Check‑in was uninformative, and we were handed a piece of paper that turned out to contain outdated instructions about car registration. After rushing back downstairs, we were told it didn’t apply — so it really shouldn’t be given to guests at all. The restaurant experience wasn’t any better. Service was poor, the staff complained about making cocktails, and they were spilled twice. The food was average, the wine list wasn’t available, and they had even run out of beer. The pool area was under maintenance and clearly in need of repair, which wasn’t communicated beforehand. When we lost our room key in the lockers, the response from the front desk was rude and dismissive, with the staff member more focused on her phone than helping. Overall, the hotel itself was average, but the staff and service were well below expectations. We would not return."

"Our suite was excellent value for money. Pool area was clean & tidy. Staff were attentive & friendly. Breakfast had plenty of options on the continental buffet as well as the option of ordering hot/cooked options. I’d honestly have stayed for an extra night if I’d known it was going to be this enjoyable! "

"Bedroom was excellent, where the hotel falls down was the lounge area which lacked atmosphere and although you could purchase drinks, there was no bar…. and you were unable to see the staff pour. Tables and chairs very tightly packed together and not the most relaxing. Breakfast had a great choice of food but again tables very close together not much room to move between them. Staff were very friendly and pleasant."
