처음에 오픈했을때에는 깨끗하고 좋았는데 지금 시설이 지저분해지고 서비스도 별로이네요 차라리 근처 호텔이 더 좋을것 같내요

First when I arrived, there’s a attachment at the lobby said this building isn’t a hotel, which made me so frustrated about where I at. And the website didn’t state this clearly the apartment isn’t hotel at first when I booked it. This is a very desperate situation for me. Second, the hotel staff can’t even speak English! We can’t even ask her to give us a toilet paper, and the customer service said they can provide us toilet paper after the room cleaning, which they didn’t. Third, the room is full of ants and other insects, this is the last night I’m staying here but I’m getting ant bite on my whole body. Can somebody explain to me why is this situation is happening in my room, which is a very very bad experience to us.

フロントが無く、チェックイン、チェックアウトが大変です。 特に、深夜便などを利用されている方は注意が必要です。 施設は新築なので快適ですが場所的に駅などから離れているので、不便です。送迎の車はありますが、時間を守らず不便です。

這是一間新的住宅式酒店，應剛落成不久，走廊通道都沒有冷氣，或許是因為沒有多少人入住吧。 是次入住剛巧是潑水節，泰國的新年，到達check in櫃位沒有人，只放了一個泰文的通知在櫃台，問門口的保安大叔，愛理不理的，我們有SCAN圖翻譯才知道說是放假@@ 最後保安大叔看不下吧，就拍卡帶我們進去，類似一個員工房的地方，職員在里面為我們check in，如果不是保安大叔，真的客人們都不知道，又沒有房卡完全進不去，只有在門口呆等︿完全無語啊，check out也是去那間房的 酒店應事先發郵件說明放假期間的check in 安排，沒有事先說明，去到一面慒。 我們被安排在一行的最內面那橦最高那層最里面那間房，我從地圖搜了一下從BTS站走到酒店要10分鐘，走過覺得不止10分鐘吧，再從酒店門口走進去該多痛苦，酒店剛開完全可以安排較外面的房間吧！ 酒店樓下有一間cafe，好像營業到晚上9點，旁邊有2家家庭式的小賣店，只有普通的飲品和少量的零食，便利店要走5分鐘左右的路有2家，而且不是連鎖店的。 BTS的那條路晚上有點黑，而且也挺多車也有點快，要小心一點點。 房間內的設備基本都挺乾淨，但沒有圖片上般提供煮食器具，想煮東西的要小心考慮。當然也可能新開，有些房間還沒準備好咯。
