This is one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms were spacious and full of amenities and homey accents while still being modern and chic. The staff was beyond polite and friendly and oh so helpful. Touches like turn down service and tea upon arrival were so nice! The breakfast buffet was amazing with variety and freshness, new items every day. Loved the gym, everything you could want for your workout, clean and felt very new!

It was my 3rd time staying at Kimpton Maa-Lai. As it always has been, Kimpton Maa-Lai was a perfect place to spend my holiday. Staffs were amazing! Unfortunately I don’t remeber their names but I was happy to see the familiar faces again. They are the best! They do know what they are doning and they are looking forward ti find a better way ti satisfy their customers and they do seem like they are enjoying what they are doing. I don’t need to mention about the location and the facilities, thanks to those brilliant staffs, I really had a pleasant and happy holiday. Thank you so much!

It was a beautiful stay. The infinity pool is stunning and we have a very good and relaxed time there. Location is good, near amenities and beautiful restaurants.

Friendly and helpful staff that greeted us with a warm welcome and made the check-in seemless. The 2 bedroom condo style suite was excellent! Would definitely stay at a Kimpton hotel in the future when travelling to Asia again!1
