I only stayed for five hours, so didn't get a strong impression of the hotel. But staff were efficient, and it was indeed open 24 hours, except I didn't have a chance to eat anything.

Amari Bangkok
The laundry service was impeccable; I used the express service and they had my clothes ready by the requested time. Great service, friendly staff, excellent facilities. I would 100% recommend Amari Phuket and Amari Bangkok.
