Upon our arrival, the man at the front was very friendly in helping us to check in and gave us the option of rooms. We chose a room that was not ready to be checked in to, and they worked as quickly and efficiently as they could to ready the room. The turn over was quick, so I am not sure how clean the room was, but we had new linen and towels. The only concern we had was that the ac unit did not cool the room very well.

Somebody tried to get into my room. Had a key card qnd everything. Wouldn't leave when asked. I contacted the hotel &' expedia. No refunds was given. No room change. Nothing. Will NEVER stay here again.

My stay was good very friendly staff. However, I do have a major complaint. A member of the staff did come into my room early in the morning unannounced without warning. That is unacceptable 😤 and should never ever happen.
