「We are a big family and were welcomed with open arms. Hotel Balsthal is a charming, modern hotel with a rustic feel to it. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely be back. 「Wij waren met de caravan op doorreis en verbleven hier. We konden de caravan ook goed kwijt en er waren 2 laadplekken. Het bed was wel een beetje hard. Verder uitstekend! 」

「I am very satisfied with the hotel: + friendly staff + very close to supermarkets and restaurant + comfortable bed and pillows + mini bar (empty), coffee machine and kettle in the room + good quality of breakfast (4 types of bread, meats, cheese, yoghurt, cereals, hard boiled eggs) + quiet neighbourhood I have two small concerns: - Sound isolation between rooms is not perfect, I could clearly hear the TV from the neighbour room. - Mini bar is plugged to a normal socket, so it switches off when...

「早餐非常好，如五星飯店。其他只有三星水準，太小，加上行李就太擠。房間只有床，被子，枕頭。其他都沒有。浴室也有冷水熱水。別指望太多，這是火車站最近的酒店。」

「Thanks to the receptionist Samuel for his excellent service and recommendations for local dining restaurants. All the staff in the hotel was friendly and helpful with personal warmth. The hotel itself is at great location, clean room, and free minibar provided. We had a wonderful experience staying in Marthof Hotel and will definitely stay here again next time when we come back. 」

「Excellent location, clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and room was much larger than we anticipated. Bettina checked us in and she was delightful. We left luggage at desk a few hours before check-in, and it was taken to our rooms before we returned. The hot beverages and croissants were also a pleasant surprise. 」
