「The hotel was really nice, clean and ideal for family with mobility issues. We def would stay again and again here. There were ramps, car pick up, drop offs that made it easy to get in and out of the property incl access to the restaurant and pool areas without the use of a lot of stairs. Our rooms on the 1st flr & 2nd was near the pool. The grounds were well maintained, manicured lawn and trees. 「The staff in this hotel is super nice and helpful. We stayed 3 hours and decided to leave for another place. The room did not have AC (only one tower fan which was totally insufficient) nor TV (the staff indicated that this was a decision to help the guests interact with others). 「The whole staff was most friendly and helpful. From the check in, the restaurant and the people in the lobby. All were always offering help without being asked; most went out of their way to offer help. The hotel is small but comfortable and very suited to our needs given the location in the center of town and just a block away from the cathedral. We plan to keep staying there in the future.」
