「Lovely hotel about a 15/20 minutes walk from the town. Sitting on Clew Bay, there are a few bars with restaurants in the area and a lovely restaurant on the 4th floor of the hotel. A taxi into town was about €10 euro if you don't fancy the walk. Staff were excellent and very friendly, I paid extra for the balcony, definitely worth it. There is a small pool, steam room and sauna if you fancy relaxing 🤗」

「Beautiful, spacious property. Practical Details for Americans: they have a water kettle not a coffee pot, so purchase instant or bag coffee before you come, not beans or ground. They have a washer and dryer. You need to bring pods and be aware, it's a condenser dryer that takes about 2 hours to dry a verysmall load (5-6 items). Be sure to empty the dryer water tank. It's muddy on the property, so bring slippers or alternate shoes plus something to put your shoes in to protect your suitcase....
