Great rooms ,very clean, everyone very friendly except for older blonde lady at breakfast, on the first morning a lad from overseas took us to our table , didnt explain buffet or offer us tea/coffee, the receptionist had asked me what time we d like breakfast , i told her my elderly mum wasnt great in the mornings so she told me 10.15 for breakfast , but on both mornings it appears breakfast was near over by then very little left so dont know wether she was wrong or our communication got mixed up, but still very nice and tasty what we did get , the young staff defo need MORE training in customer service and hospitality, lovely young people but need a manager/ senior to train them thoroughly, not their fault , need to be more visible in lobby for ordering and checking up on residents needing service , but over all we had a nice experience in knock hotel just needs more attention to detail
