"The room smelled of urine and stale cigarettes. There was a dead cockroach in the corner. There was a hole in the wall behind the bathroom door and blood stains on the tub (probably rust). It was $90 a night and it should have been $50. It shows clear evidence of a property where they don't improve or fix anything and are just letting it fall apart to make what profit they can. I deeply regret booking this property. It is poorly maintained with not even basic amenities. Flat pillows, no cable or anything on tv, dirty bathroom walls, no hairdryer, smaller beds (though listing for 2 double beds was correct and accurate). Charged my cc card for deposit twice. I will not stay here again."

The staff stood out the most — everyone I interacted with was polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Their professionalism made the stay even better. I’d happily stay here again."
