「Would stay again」

「Hard to be critical of the Bradford House. Accommodations were very clean, very well maintained, and comfortable. (slept VERY well!). Breakfast was absolutely fantastic - a great way to start the day, and you have multiple options - something we've only experienced once or twice at a Bed & Breakfast. We were on the second floor in the "Everly Joy" room.....queen bed....very nice. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the front porch after returning from our day's journeys and...

「Clerk was friendly. Room was very damp feeling. Towels were damp. The room smelled of mildew/mold. There was mold on the ceiling. Bathroom room door would not shut due to stuffing swelled up due to moisture.」

「Good value for the money to stay in Branson. They need to give up on the pancake machine and implement a waffle iron, otherwise the breakfast was a good value. The soda machine is over-priced and not ice cold - you can do better bringing or buying your soda elsewhere. I wouldn't do laundry there. The room as a good value (clean, easy to access) and the wifi was good. I didn't like the mattress (too thin - I think I could feel a spring or coil as I lay in bed), but my wife did not complain. 「friendly staff」

「Bed bugs. The staff didn’t believe us. My husband flung it off before I could take a picture of the bug. There were tiny blood stains on the mattress cover and what looked like eggs under the mattress. The staff will likely not do anything about this so beware staying here. I had to go buy trash bags to keep all of our things sealed in the car and then treat everything on high heat in the dryer as soon as we got home.」

「Clean room with a wonderful breakfast」

「It is an older building. Though the cleanliness, staff and breakfast are worth booking a stay here. The pool area is nice as is the patio area.」

「The floor in our room was so dirty that we had to wash our feet before we got into bed. The rest seemed fairly clean. The lady that checked us in was awesome, but the next morning when our key wouldn't let us in the breakfast room the lady was a bit cranky. So it was an ok visit.」
