The property itself and the owners are very good. Clean room. Very hard working owners. Good people.location is good. Hotel conditions are good. I had a major issue though because every single night the room above me there was a little kid running around and yelling till 2 AM every night where I was hearing a pounding noise with every foot step. Loud. There was also someone screaming at the kid at the top of his lungs for what seem to be ours at a time. On night number two the person in the room above was also going on a profanity laced tirade at 2 AM. I was staying in a room closest to the office at that end of the hallway and obviously the room above me was close to the office and no one addressed it. There was no doubt in my mind that if someone was at the front desk, they had to have heard it. It appears the hotel is housing homeless which I have no issue with just the loud screaming for hours in the night in the room above me. Basically got no sleep during my stay there. The screaming and swearing was disturbing to me.

Our room had dirty linen, bathroom ceiling flaking off, bugs and hair(not mine) on bathroom floor, mirror in room and bathroom desilvered, no stopper/plug in sink faucet fixture and it was rusty. We would have left, but it was April 7th before the Eclipse and there were no rooms available in the area. The hotel staff said the hotel was overbooked and they were turning people away. Just YUCK!!!

Light switch came out of the wall staff are passive aggressive, no care given once payed for the room don’t expect friendly staff, they are beyond rude want to do nothing but argue, every time I’ve stayed at this beyond subpar establishment there’s always issues with the rooms you bring up your concerns and you get told “sorry that’s the one you booked nothing I can do” even when they’re are bugs all over the room 10/10 wouldn’t recommend to anyone find a different place to stay

It seems like the staff is working very hard to keep this place up to the minimum standard of cleanliness. We stayed up with property the night before that for the same price was 1000 times nicer and the same busy weekend. It’s like nothings been upgraded, and the breakfast was really limited. When you spend multiple times over with a normal cost is due to an eclipse they should’ve had more breakfast and coffee.

After I made the reservation and read the reviews I was a little leery about what it was going to be like. We had 2 rooms for a Friday night stay, 117 and 121. Both rooms were clean and quiet. For the price, everything was acceptable.

Close to the highway. Beds were comfortable. It was quiet and clean. The decor was a bit dated but this did not interfere with our stay. Staff was friendly and available. I would stay again without hesitation.

It is dated but reasonably clean. However the toilet was broken. And they knew it, because the water valve was turned off. It flushed the first time, then we found in the middle of the night it wouldn't flush again. The walls are very thin and it was noisy

Wall paper was falling off and nail in at various areas in the bathroom, the ceiling in the shower looked as if it was ready to fall, the water pipes were screeching from the room next door when the water was turned on, the commode felt insecure and rocked when sat on. What a shame it has the name Wyndham.
