"This hotel is NOT LUXURY! At best 3 stars. The food is sub par. The alcohol is cheap & nothing but sugary drinks. There is no fresh juice. The bedding is terrible. That is not luxury. Furthermore & most important, this hotel is not safe! I was given the keys to someone else’s room which I went into and all their stuff was in there. Any number of things could’ve happened. I was travelling alone. What if that happened to me? I left this hotel the very next day & they refused to give me a refund for the 3 nights I did not stay there."

"We selected this resort because it was out of the main downtown area and thought it would be a more relaxing resort to stay at. While there though there were 3-5 wedding parties that took over many parts of the resort. The beach was beautiful here and when the pool was calm it was very nice. The room we had smelled extremely musty/mildew and at one point we had water dripping from the ceiling of the bathroom. We were told by the staff that we could change rooms but only to a less than room from what we had. The restaurants on site are mediocre, but note that steak restaurant is not part of the all inclusive package and costs extra, so does some of the nice food in the other restaurants. "

"Room was clean and spacious. When during spring break so pools were extremely crowded with young people. The food was very good and the staff were friendly and accommodating. While on the beach we were approached continually by locals selling trinkets which made it unenjoyable at times."

"The ocean was visible, and was wonderful with the full moon during our stay. The staff was less than helpful with local information, couldnt direct us to anything outside the hotel. It was like they took an oath not to help the guests with anything outside the hotel. We did not visit the spa. Our last two days, we had to call for housekeeping to clean our room. NOT cool!"
