「It’s a beautiful place but without modern amenities. It needs work and no where near to the 4 star hotel facilities. Was also charged for an extra cot which was already paid. Read instructions well after booking.」

「This is a stunning place to stay and the breakfast is incredible. The nearby restaurant that our host recommended was terrific . The staff went out of their way to help, even after we had left things behind after we checked out & had to return to retrieve them. The tower and cathedral are a pleasant 15 minute walk away. We cannot recommend it more highly!」

「This place is a guest house, you book a bedroom and have access to a table and a Small kitchenette and microwave oven. Every room has a private bathroom and TV, but no TV services. Federico is very responsive and friendly, there’s a parking lot nearby and the area is very safe at night.」

「A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. Owner, Ivanka, was extremely friendly and helpful as we needed to arrange transportation back to the train station at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this hotel!!」

「Excellent Location right in the heart of the old quarter, close to everything. Very nice, traditional piazza-style room with high ceilings and spacious interior. This is more of an Airbnb type of accommodation with no registration or service staff, but it’s very easy to access the room via code, and there are only a handful of other rooms. Do note: No real breakfast is offered, but rather a few items and snacks are available in the room and fridge, as well as coffee and tea. Ideal for what we...

「Wonderful stay, right on the Garibaldi square and overlooking the river, in a fascinating and lively neighbourhood - lots of food choices, relatively short walk to the Piazza dei Miracoli, watched the rowers training on the Arno. The room ('Teresita') was beautifully appointed with great windows, lots of little luxurious amenities. Will highly recommend this place to everyone.」
