"We absolutely loved our stay at Tregua. It’s a newly opened property, so they’re still adding a few finishing touches, but overall it was an amazing place to stay right in the city and on the lagoon. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and shopping. We had a car but ended up walking most of the time, and street parking was easy. We stayed in the upstairs lagoon-view room. "Bacalar es un pueblo pequeño por lo tanto todo es acesible, el hotel esta ligeramente alejado lo que le da un poco de tranquilidad. Instalaciones nuevas, cama comfortable y cocina disponible para salir del paso. No he probado la piscina pero el rooftop es muy agradable para relajarse. Lo que mas descata es el personal. De recepcion tanto como limpieza son muy amables y serviciales, un placer recibir un trato asi."

"Quedamos encantados con la atención del encargado de hotel, el joven Jairo, sin embargo por razones ajenas a él, la alberca no estuvo disponible hasta nuestro último día de estancia en el hotel, y sinceramente no nos pareció en lo absoluto, creo que se tiene que preveer que habrá personas a las que se le ofrece algo y se debe cumplir cabalmente, la limpieza bien, recibimos el lugar totalmente aseado. Such a peaceful and beautiful area, definitely a must go if you’re wanting some time away from the city. "
