Our stay was somewhat spoiled by drunken guests and their friends in the next room making excessive noise and shouting between 12.30-2.30 am, keeping us awake, security was called twice to try and resolve and did offer us a rom change in the middle of the night which was not practical. On speaking to Harry the manager it appears this was not the only case that evening. The hotel should consider introducing a quiet policy after 12 with...

「We have stayed at Astor house before so we came back to the same apartment. They had upgraded the sofas to recliners which was a nice surprise. The apartment itself is easy to get to clean and Torquay town centre is a short walk away. It has a great view over the beach side of Torquay and the area is quiet. The place is clean and well maintained and the host kindly provided some biscuits and milk. I would highly recommend this place.」

「Whilst there are elements of faded grandeur to The Imperial it has done its best to keep up with the times. The common areas of the hotel are simply splendid: the wide staircases, the spacious corridors, the breakfast and dining areas, the bar, and the magnificent views of the coastline and the bay. 「Wasnt what we were expecting. This flat can only accommodate 4 people not 6. No fans proviede, the blinds were no good, just let the sunlight in the rooms.」
