"I like this hotel it’s clean and beautiful, staff is friendly and very helpful. The hotel located in Asian part of Istanbul but I m very happy that I chose this location because it very quiet area. Breakfast was excellent I never saw such thing in any hotel of the world, rich with different variety of food. Definitely I recommend this hotel."

"Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The two young male reception staff Can (not sure the other's name) were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, our arrival experience was disappointing. We checked in at around 8pm after a long day of travelling and were initially told we had received a complimentary room upgrade. However, the upgrade was not provided, and we ended up having to move rooms twice and wait around before finally getting settled. It was frustrating, especially as we noticed other guests receiving their upgraded rooms immediately. This left us wondering whether our ethnicity may have played a role, which created an uncomfortable first impression and stay. The housekeeping staff were exceptional and deserve special recognition for their hard work and professionalism. Breakfast was acceptable but nothing special. The selection remained largely the same each day and did not quite live up to the expectations created by other reviews. Although a plus is that if you request an omelette, they will make it fresh for you. The spa facilities were good, but they were difficult for us to use as the area was not segregated. It would be great if the hotel could consider offering women-only and men-only hours for at least part of the day. Another disappointment was that management never acknowledged us during our stay. I’m not sure the overall experience matched what I would expect from a 5-star hotel."

"Location of the hotel was brilliant. My son treated me for my 60th birthday as I loved visiting Istanbul before. So he booked it. We all had lovely rooms , my husband & I , my middle son & his wife & youngest son. Except for my eldest son he had the smallest room especially hard with a toddler. They complained to the manager & were moved to a bigger room however that was after a few days. That should not have happened. They should have been given a larger room at the beginning."
